What countries is bizzaudio available in?

Bizzaudio is currently available in the United Kingdom, USA, and Canada. We will be bringing new countries on stream as we confirm the legal status pertaining to performance licensing in each jurisdiction. The legal frameworks are shifting in this area and the hitherto monopolistic and arguably restrictive behaviour of national Collecting Societies is being challenged.

The EU established a new directive recently that allows certain other entities other than Collecting Societies (CMOs) to represent artists / writers in the collection of performance royalties and also directed the Societies to provide writers with the flexibility to opt-out of granting certain rights to them on an exclusive basis.

All of this bodes well for the future of directly licensed / CMO-exempt services and their clients.
