Problems logging in to bizzaudioplayer?

You set up a Trial Account and it has expired.
The bizzaudio service is accessed via a specific account created you created on the bizzaudioplayer.com website. There are 3 reasons why you may not be able to log in:
1. YOUR BIZZAUDIOPLAYER ACCOUNT HAS EXPIRED

- If the Account has expired you would have received an email notification from [email protected] advising of the Account expiry and providing links to the SUBSCRIBE PAGE on the main marketing website at bizzaudio.com from where you can sign up and reactivate your account.
- IF YOU HAVE SUBSCRIBED AND STILL EXPERIENCE THIS PROBLEM PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 30 MINUTES FOR THE TRIAL ACCOUNT TO BE CONVERTED TO A PAID ONE. If the problem persists contact bizzaudio support by email [email protected] or call / text / WhatsApp on 0330 043 6009
2. YOU'VE ENTERED AN INVALID EMAIL ADDRESS or PASSWORD

- When you created your Account you set the login details with an email address (the one that bizzaudio account verification notications are subsequently sent to) and a password WHICH MUST BE 8 CHARACTERS IN LENGTH AND CONTAIN 1 Upper case letter, 1 Number, 1 Special Character. (Remember this if you reset your password).
- You can reset a forgotten password by clicking on 'Forgot Password' and entering your registered email address. Contact us if the problem persists by email [email protected] or call / text / WhatsApp on 0330 043 6009.
3. YOU'RE STILL LOGGED IN TO THE PLAYER & HAVE EXCEEDED YOUR DEVICE LIMIT
- You may be unable to log in because you've exceeded your device limit. Our system monitors and limits the number of devices you can be running simultaneously so that we can control our subscriptions and mitigate abuse.
- To avoid this please make sure you log out from the player menu > logout when finished as closing the browser does not necessarily log you out.
- If you have exceeded device limit you should see a message in a window on the log in page which will show the devices you are logged into AND you can log out remotely from this window.
- If the problem persists please call or message us via WhatsApp on 0330 043 6009 and we can log you out remotely.
