How to manage your account
Using the bizzaudio customer portal.

At this time it's important to understand that your subscription is managed via 2 platforms.
1. bizzaudio.com - Payments, pausing / cancelling subscription(s)
All e-commerce and subscription management happens on the main website and you can manage various aspects of your subscription via your CUSTOMER PORTAL.
Log in to customer portal
Go to bizzaudio.com, click on the account icon next to the shopping cart icon to login to the customer portal using the log-in credentials you used when you subscribed.

Customer Portal features
Once logged in you are taken to the Customer Portal home page from where you can manage various things either from the main navigation, the 'see order history link' or the 'Manage' link next to the Subscription product image.

Invoices
Click 'invoices' to view / print receipts

Update email/password, payment method
Click on Account in main navigation to update email, password, payment details.

Cancel or pause your subscription
We will move heaven and earth to keep our clients satisfied but we do understand that as circumstances change you may wish to cancel or pause your subscription.
Click on 'Manage' link next to the Subscription Product image and from this page you can pause/unpause your subscription, update your sector preference (your business type) and update your payment card details.
